The space was airy and cool, however, I booked a room with a view of the fence, which was quite disappointing. Hopefully, the resort will plant more trees to cover the fence, which would be better. I was given room A17 by the staff.

The swimming pool for outside guests was crowded and bustling, anyone wearing anything could jump into the pool, it was very chaotic and unhygienic. I only took a clip and sent it to my friends, not a photo. If you need a clip to see how chaotic it is, I will send it. I also took a photo of the resort, it was very beautiful, beautifully designed, the rooms were beautiful, and the amenities in the room were good. When I arrived, I was very excited and delighted. Mình tới check in trễ 16h nhưng vẫn phải đợi thêm 1 tiếng đồng hồ nữa, hối lắm thì 17h mới được nhận phòng. Ngồi vật vờ không được mời 1 ly nước nữa. Phòng thì chưa dọn sạch lắm, bông tẩy trang chưa vứt, bồn tắm ngoài trời dơ. Đồ ăn buffet không đa dạng, Tết khách đông nhưng rất ít đồ ăn.

When the guest asked the security guard to call the Receptionist with a walkie-talkie to send a car to the room due to the rain, but the security guard was not interested and had an indifferent attitude towards the guest, the guest had to contact the Receptionist themselves afterwards.
