Room is not really. Old bedsheet, pillow cover, not a good feeling staying at hotel. It surely not a 4 star hotel. Someone must correct their stars :)

Rates are a bit more when compared to other similar properties

It was a pleasant hotel for its price. Value for money . Will definitely recommend.

the service is extremely bad. No response from staff. Even they didn't gave the key for the room when we stepped in. The house keeping people used to open the key when we want. the food is not great. The rating given to this hotel is not as per standards. Try to avoid this hotel. They charged $150 for 2 nights and its not worthy.

Had a great stay

location is great for shopping. plenty of mosquito in the resturent and lobby area. bit careful. wifi is not working at all in the rooms not one day throught out our 6 days stay.3 star or 4 star stated in different places. but the quality and service only worth for 2 star. price is very high for the services and place. im not going to choose this hotel to stay in the future.

Great base for the start of a trip through Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Clean, simple facilities, decent breakfast and comfortable bed. Noise levels left something to be desired - loud music and vibrations through the walls until midnight, staff members talking across the hallway to one another from 5am onwards. It seems that all the elements of a simple business hotel are there, but service could most definitely be improved.

I booked and.make.payment for a deluxe room with king bed and.make.payment ready. But they gave.me 2 single bed. Im not satisfied with that. They must give.priority ro the customer who booked early and make payment.....
