Booked through Expedia, the lady at reception didn’t like it. Gave such a hard time to check in and get 2 rooms together as I traveling with my old parents and my son. When booked, booked both the rooms together and the lady said they don’t have 2 rooms available on the same floor. I had to keep requesting for almost 1/2 an hour, then suddenly she had rooms available together on the same floor. Apart from that good experience. Less then 5 minutes walk from Swamis Samadhi. That was the whole goal of visiting. It was good.

Staffs unnecessarily asking tips as i havent taken any help. A/C was not working and after repeated calls people attended it

Aum Hotel is a small hotel, mostly this will be for pilgrims to Prasanthi Nilayam. Hotel is ok, but it needs updating. The bathroom had water on the floor and it didn’t feel “homely” Breakfast was good, friendly staff but hotel needs to be updated.
