The reception staff was terrible, when checking out they said we hadn't paid yet even though everything had been paid in advance when booking via the app, so we missed the train, it was a really bad experience.

When I wanted to check out, it said I hadn't paid yet and it took a long time. Even though everything had been paid for when I ordered on the app and I ended up missing the train. This is really bad.

Lokasi nya dekat tangzhen, sarapan nya enak tp selama nginap di sana 7 hari. Pas prg lagi dingin enak jalan nya.
