The restaurant was exceptional. The airport shuttle was on time. The room was ok for a short stay. But the restaurant is worth a visit.

Property was convenient to airport which was primary reason we chose it None of the reviews I read mentioned that there was a quite active railroad line right across the street Was hard to get reasonable night of sleep

Great to have free airport shuttle for early flights, also great food from their restaurant — what a nice surprise.

Great/Friendly staff - the airport van showed up promptly when needed and got us back to the airport on time in the morning! the A/C worked great on a VERY hot Zagreb day!

Great place to stay on the way to or from the airport.

It met my expectations. The staff were very solicitous and eager to please. An elevator would have been nice, but that would be hard to retrofit.

Convenient to be close to airport and affordable, but they did not accept credit cards for food/dinner, which for an airport hotel is a problem

It was a short drive to the airport and the staff and employees were polite and helpful.

Best breakfast we’ve ever had. Front desk knowledge and support was both courteous and extremely helpful Only slight negative was that Hotel was a little difficult to find plus there were many steps you had to take to get there. Fortunately my wife and I are blessed with good health.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Easy check in and out. Transport to the airport arranged easy and on time.

No elevator for a hotel that is near the airport. Lots of stairs. Down stair staff was rude and wouldnt respond when asked a question. And as VIP members we never got our drinks that were a part of the deal. Would not recommend

For the most part a nice stay for an early flight out in the morning. The room was a bit warm but the staff was helpful, it was very nice that they checked us in early. Our dinner was a pleasant surprise, the best food we had in Zagreb.

Close to the airport and has a free shuttle to the airport. Food was okay at the cafe/bar. NO Elevator which was a hassle with two suitcases plus carry on. Our room was on the second floor. Commuter Train across the road, but not noisy. Does has Netflix and Internet available. Good value for money

Where do I start? I was sent a message alerting me of a free shuttle from the airport... The day after I left. The hotel is in a dark area, with no discernable front desk. It was confusing how to get in. Granted, it was late, but still. There was a guy in the restaurant which was apparently the entrance. The woman who let me in never told me the wifi code before she disappeared. The room was very basic. Not bad, but lacking.

Very convenient location if you need to overnight near the airport; the transport is also very nice, although the 4AM run was late due to the driver over-sleeping. Very nice staff. Good food in the restaurant, although the smokiness made me not want to linger. Despite the name London Rooms, the staff had fairly limited English, but their care and willingness to work through language barriers was part of what made the place charming and fun. Note, rooms were NOT smoky. Would definitely stay there again.

Sufficient for a quick nights stay near the airport. Got the job done but was not luxurious. It was safe and comfortable. The staff was VERY nice and accommodating to us. Also the pizza the the restaurant below was great!

No hot water, not working aircondition, no soap, no shampoo

This is a great place for a layover or an early flight. There is an airport shuttle. The restaurant is excellent.

Property is in a residential area, next to a railroad track. Don't be deceived by the environment. The rooms are immaculate, the staff and service cannot be beat, and the restaurant has an excellent menu. There is also a free shuttle to the airport every half hour. There is a kid's play area in the restaurant, so it might be off-putting for those who don't want to hear children, but I enjoyed it.
