I had a few complaints / concerns but management - Aylin reached out to me directly and invited for a coffee chat. She patiently listened to me and offered alternatives. Guys in the reception were awesome, whenever I needed information (bus, taxi, sightseeing) they were always there to help!

Great hotel and staff, the only thing is a bit away from the city

Ailemle birlikte oldukça keyfli ve rahat bir tatil geçirdik. Otel personeli her zaman ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Her konuda yardıma hazırdılar. Bir kez daha teşekkür ederiz. Otel, Dalyan bölgesinde Sakız adasına karşı bir konumda. Rüzgarı bol. Deniz biraz kayalık olsa da iskelelerle bu durumu çözmüşler. Ayrıca hemen ileride kullanabileceğiniz kumul ikinci bir plajı da var. Oldukça büyük ve temiz bir havuzu, ayrı çocuk havuzu ve jakuzisi de var. Kahvaltıda çok sayıda lezzetli yiyecek alternatifi arasından seçim yapmakta zorlandığımı itiraf edeyim. Odalar çok geniş, ferah ve temiz ve konforluydu. Tüm odaların harika bir deniz manzarası var. Odada diş fırçası ve macununa kadar tüm ihtiyaçlarınız düşünülmüş. Ayrıca odanın ses izolasyonu da çok başarılıydı. Akşam yemeklerini alacarte restorandan tercih ettik, menüdeki yemeklerin sunumunu ve lezzetini çok beğendik. Güzel bir tatil oldu. Tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim bir otel.

Overall amazing place. Especially its own beach was stupendous. The room’s view was spectacular. I wish they did a better job telling me about their free breakfast, which I discovered the very last day of my trip!

Genel olarak memnunduk. Eğlence alanı biraz kısıtlı. Yapılabilecek pek bir aktivite yok. Bunun haricinde deniz, havuz ve konaklama anlamında çok iyi diyebilirim.

My fiancé and I stayed at On live Hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and it was such a nice and pleasurable experience from start to finish. The service was excellent—warm, attentive, and personal. The staff had clearly made many thoughtful preparations for our stay, and we received a lot of care, attention, and small surprises that made us feel truly special. Everything from the room setup to the little anniversary touches exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a romantic getaway or a relaxing stay!

Breakfast buffet was ok and rooms were big

We had two rooms, one room had dirty beach towels left in the closet, several of them there was no shampoo in the shampoo dispenser. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. The knob of the shower was so tight that a service person had to come and loosen it. Everybody is very responsive and helpful but the preparation prior to guest arrival was well below average.

The view was perfect, everything was calm and hotel was beautiful.

I enjoyed relaxed in my staying

Great pool and very clean. However, the shower was broken and it took them 3 days to fix it.

We had a 4 night family stay. Area is far from every single attraction and you definitely need a vehicle, anther negative point was their lack of man items in their own menu. They have anejo or reposado tequilas on their menu but they had only blanco available. I asked for campari and orange juice but again they did not have it. Another negative point is their beach which is not the nicest one to use and in the rough part of the aegean sea. Otherwise everthing was very good. Staff were super nice, rooms super clean, BF was reasonable, they have only one pool but a very large and nice one. Overall pleasant stay.

Most of the staff do not speak any english and the hotel services are very poor.

We absolutely loved it!! Very clean and relaxing space. Aesthetically pleasing areas, with beautiful greenery and outdoor space. Very quiet and makes a perfect getaway to unwind and chillax. Highly recommended, the price is very reasonable. Helpful & kind staff. The breakfast variety was big. Would definitely go again in the future.
