The AC is dead, the queue for the elevator is very long, it's hard to find something to drink, the sheets and mattress are already dented.

The room AC is not cold. ..paying a lot is not appropriate

I wanted to ask for a refund from a week before the big day because I wanted to change my schedule, but the police and the app or the hotel ignored it.

Not clean bathroom, the electric stream died when I come in, the AC is not cool.

Sangat buruk, AC mati, bed cover kotor banget, intinya ga bisa di tempatin sama sekali.

Lampu nya pada gak ada, kulkas gak dingin. Kran sink netes trus.

Tepatnya kurang bersih, tong sampah kotor, handuk kecil, air di wastafel tidak menyala, tv tidak nyala rusak, listrik tidak cukup untuk pemakaian AC dan untuk merebus air serta tidak kedap suara pintu bawahnya tidak rapat.

Receptionist nya kalau bisa stay di tempatnya.

Kotor, bau fasilitas udah gx layak pake.

Tv mati, lampu utama mati. Kurang deh pokoknya.

Parking to much and rooms was dirty.

Very bad. The AC is hot. The refrigerator is dead. There are no towels. Dirty room. In the end I didn't place it. 😔.

The service is friendly, but the facilities are lacking. The room was dirty, the AC wasn't cold, the bathroom was dirty, like it had been used by other residents and hadn't been cleaned.

The same application on the sport is different, the room is the same as my friend's room even though the price is only 50 thousand different. The room is different from the one in the photo, the zone is really used.

The toilet is dirty, the towels are still wet, the sheets are dull. And worst of all, the electricity went out and no one answered the phone, even the number on the back of the door couldn't be contacted and they had to leave at 3 in the morning. What's worse is that I have read all the numbers but just keep reading them. Chaotic.

It's rude if I get the wrong date, there's no tolerance.

The access card given was broken, asked to replace it because there was no card anymore, asked to upgrade the room because it was full.
