So close to dotonbori area and also don quijote. Good room, nice amenities.

Special request for high floor not honored and. Staff at front desk was very rude. Considering the price, apa hotel is better and cheaper. Won't be staying here again.

The room is clean, quite large, but a pillow is given by one person (no one even said) and check-out must be at 10 but the overall is good.
