The room was clean and has excellent facilities. However, it was inflexible with an early check in and luggage storage which is need to improve. The room for 3 guests was not spacious enough with unsafe bed position. There is no laundry dryer there, so it would be better if you use laundry service out there. Communication: Difficult to check in due to no communication between the host and the guest. Even we didn't get the passcode to enter the gate. We need to call staff first to obtain the passcode. It would be better if the host email to us how to enter the gate and to check in.
