I liked the special care given by the staff. We were well looked after & the private Onsen was great . The property is located close to a bus stop that was very useful. A Lawson’s general store is nearby. The only negative I have, and this is common for most similar accommodation, is that access is by steep narrow stairs and would be difficult for anybody with mobility problems. Would be happy to return.

スタッフが素晴らしい。 シェフの料理がイチオシ。 温泉も汗をかきたい方には必見。 晴れてれば、窓の景色も良好！ アメニティの充実、内装のキレイさは抜群。 シャワーは自由に浴びれる。 箱根のタクシーは対応でタメ口かつ、早く行けねーよと小言の愚痴をこぼすので、不快なため、バスを利用して向かわれるのが良い！

朝食を頂きましたが、本当に美味しかったです。 量もちょうどよく、前日の夕食もお願いすれば良かったと家族で話していました。 旅行の時はいつもホテルを利用していましたが、 今回利用させていただき、また行きたいねと話しています。
