Happy staying at Toyokko Inn. The room is small but very clean. Super comfort for solo traveler like me. Don't expect room cleaning because you have to manage your own and put the rubbish every morning in front of your door then the housekeeping will take it. They have shuttle Hiace minibus go Kawaguchiko Station every 10 minutes. The food was great. Staffs are super nice. Some of them speaks English very well. OSUSUME:)

Very homey with a dining room that can bring food from outside and prepare microwave and drinks. Also can do your own laundry and dryer using coins.

All was good, hotel with the most satisfying experience when I go to Japan. Definitely recommended to those who wanted to go to Fujikawaguchiko. Shuttle also free and fast, so hassle-free.

Cozy place, close to Lake Kawaguchi.

There is a shuttle service from the station, convenient, and a wide variety of food.

The staff is not complicated, the process is fast and the hotel facilities are good, there is a free shuttle bus..recommended 🫰

A comfortable all in one hotel in Kawaguchiko. Walking distance to Lake Kawaguchi and Kawaguchiko Mosque. You can also see Mt. Fuji from the hotel. There is a shuttle to Kawaguchiko Station (every 30 minutes) which makes it very easy to go back and forth to tourist attractions afterwards. It is also a 5 minute walk to Lawson. Get a filling breakfast! The staff is also friendly and super helpful

The blanket smells of sweat, maybe it wasn't replaced by someone else.

The hotel Near lawson & family mart, only walk 4-5minutes, from/to station, have ready shuttle bus, and if you want to/from gottemba you can have shuttle bus from hotel for free, you just fill reservation

The hotel has their own locker for baggage storage and it's free👍 We arrived before check-in time, so we could leave our stuff in the locker first and go sightseeing right away. When we got back in the evening, we just opened the locker and took our stuff to the room.

The hotel is very comfy. Breakfast are delicious, and they’re so kind to give us many option of free shuttle. It means a lot to us. Love this one!

The room is easy to find. I recommend building B because you can see Mt. Fuji.

The staff communicate well, speak English well. There are enough staff for the guests. There is an automatic check-in machine, very easy. Overall, I am impressed.

The hotel got provide free shuttle van service that pick up from bus/train station and vice versa. The hotel overall stay experience is comfortable and good.
