The hotel is neat and clean. The room is quite comfortable although not big, typical of hotel size in Japan. There is room cleaning too. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they can also speak English. The location is also between Asakusa and Ueno so it is easily accessible from Narita and easy to access transportation to various locations in Tokyo. Overall the hotel is good and recommended.
