Staff was very friendly and informative. Convenient store right below hotel.

Located right on shuttle bus stop (sightseeing bus) in the morning you can walk to the lake in front of hotel to see Mt Fuji. Also hotel in the same spot with Family Mart (Convenience Store) easy to find anything you need. Staff speak English very well.
