We stayed for 3 nights, the room has balcony but during winter it’s cold getting out of the room, it’s not a close building. It’s a 15-20 min walk to the subway and if you have luggages not very convenient. The room is nice and enough space for a family of 5.

Accommodated our family of 6 wonderfully. Very clean and comfortable.

Hotel Shinpoin can fit 5 people ( 1 parents-bed + 2 twin beds + 1 pull-out sofa). Has stove and pots/pans, and microwave. No breakfast. We would stay here again.

Excellent service, clean and spacious room. Short walk to metro and train stations and bus out the front. Can borrow a bike to get around as well. Great place to stay.

We very recently stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is only a 10 min walk from Momodani station which is very conveniently on the Osaka Loop line into Osaka and also back to KIX. The staff were lovely, the room was quite spacious and although the restaurant was not operational there are plenty of dining options around the station which do some lovely breakfasts and dinners. It was a great base for our sightseeing and we would definitely recommend this hotel as an option to stay around Osaka.

It was a very clean area. Rooms are very small.

I very liked Japanese bath

We had loads of space and could really spread out, even as a family of four. The hotel is a little walk from transport but that's not an issue. The neighbourhood is nice and has some restaurants. The staff were polite but not friendly like in most Japanese hotels we visited.

Yu and Saki are outstanding employees. What i didn’t like was my confirmation was for $58 a day but I was charged $82

Large rooms, quiet area, very walkable.

The only problem is the stench of sewers filled the room.

I like most of things, only the staff barely speak English, communication is not as easy.

In a quiet part of town at night. 15 min walk to the nearest subway station. Comfortable beds and cold air conditioning . Nice sizeable rooms. Easy check in and check out.

Quiet and centrally located

Only thing about this hotel is that its location is a quite a long from train stations. Everything else was very good especially for its affordable price.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel and room was nice, however the floor was dirty, and there weren’t many places to walk to around it.

Staff was great. The rooms were amazing and clean. Had a lot of amenities in the room. Places to eat was a little further away, but still a nice walk in a nice neighborhood.
