Upon check-in, I was immediately given a room with a broken bidet, and then moved the next day.
On my last night, I informed the front desk staff that morning to clean the room and leave my access card. But when I returned around 8:00 PM Tokyo time, the room was still dirty and hadn't been cleaned.
When I complained, the staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and slow to resolve the issue. The bespectacled, skinny, and tied-up manager was the worst in terms of service: she refused to admit her mistake and blamed the guest for "the CCTV wasn't on reception," even though I clearly provided the information and the card. When I asked to see the CCTV, I was refused.
Housekeeping wasn't on duty that night, so I had to wait at the front desk for a follow-up.
The service was terrible and very disappointing.
