The hotel is near the center of Hai Phong, convenient for getting around. I would return if I have the chance.

The hotel is located right in the city center. It's clean. The price is reasonable considering the quality.

The beef pho here wasn't very good. But I told the kitchen I wanted something different the next morning, and they made chicken pho and fish noodle soup that were absolutely delicious. The kitchen staff always listen to customer feedback. I would stay here again if I come to Ha Long.

I don't stay in hotels very often, but the quality is good. The prices are reasonable, and the location is convenient.

Breakfast consisted of two options: egg sandwiches and pho. The beef pho wasn't very good on the first two days, but the chicken pho was delicious on the third day. The breakfast menu was limited and repetitive daily. The hotel was nice, clean, and conveniently located near the city center. The staff were lovely.

Location near Museum, Hon Gai beach, Vincom, Bai Tho mountain... near delicious restaurants, about 15 minutes to Sunworld area, full amenities, clean, breakfast has sandwiches, eggs, sausages, pho, yogurt for dessert, I saw people complaining about the staff's attitude but when I stayed there, I saw no problem.

The room is not soundproof. When people talk in the hallway, they can hear clearly in the room. The same goes for the other way around.
