The first time I booked a room, when I got there the door was locked, the phone number was called from a subscriber, I booked and paid in advance, then when I got there, it was like I was scammed and lost everything. The whole place is a scam.

Everything is bad, there is no parking space, you have to park in the alley, it's too small. The owner is not happy. The room was clearly booked for 5 people to sleep on, but when he arrived, he only provided 1 mattress to sleep on, no room. 1 chair or extra bed. even said there should have been an additional surcharge??? How is it possible that the room is not soundproof, there is loud music playing in the opposite room, there is no toilet, there is a lot of sand and you have to clean it yourself, there is not a single bottle of water, in short, it is very bad.
