We had an outstanding stay on Jeju and GoldOne Hotel and Suites was the ideal base from which we could explore the island! The hotel was clean throughout, had great facilities and the staff were without exception very helpful and professional in helping us to have the best stay on the beautiful island of Jeju.

1층 수영장 올라가기전 잔디밭이 분수와 주변 건축물 형태와 어울리지 않았고, 잔디 상태도 좋지않아 미관상 좋지 않았습니다. 돌파장으로 건축물 마감재랑 어울리는 포장재로 교채하면 공간 활용도가 높아지고 보기에도 좋을 것 같아요. 또한, 카펫에서 냄새가 올라와서 불편했어요. 그외 직원들은 친절했고, 조식도 맘에 들었어요.

We had a great stay. The hotel staff were very helpful with food recommendations and answering questions. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. There is a small gym and play area for the kids. There are 2 washing machines and dryers but they do not work well, I would go to the laundry mat instead. There is parking on property both in there garage and closer to the street which is better for larger vehicles. We tried the breakfast buffet and it was okay but very expensive. Definitely would recommend!

It was an ok hotel. Would not go back to Jeju!

The room was spacious. We could get a view of the sea out of our window. Staff was super helpful with anything we asked about. Breakfast was unbelievable. Where else was I going to get a steak, shrimp and duck at breakfast along with other options? It was rainy when we were at here, so we couldn't use the pool (sadly). The hotel is located a bit far from many town amenities but taxis are easy enough to get, if needed. I also should mention that water pressure in the shower in our room was weak.

너무 좋아서 다른 사람들이 몰랐으면 하는 숙소였습니다. 특히 직원분들이 너무 친절하고 서비스가 좋아 지내는 내내 너무 행복했습니다. 덕분에 우리 5가족이 완벽한 휴가를 지내고 왔습니다.

The hotel was nicely located, minutes driving from the beach and shops and restaurants. We loved the breakfast buffet that helped us start our days there. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kids enjoyed the heated pool very much

Buen hotel con todos los servicios y habitaciones muy cómodas mejor que en las fotos. Buen desayuno, piscina y vista increíbles. Ubicación un poco alejada de los atractivos turísticos de la isla. Muy recomendable para familia y descansar.

We had a great time on Jeju Island and this hotel made everything even better. From the laundry facility to easy access to restaurants nearby and convenience stores to helpfulness of the staff. The gorgeous views from our room, with jacuzzi tub was an added treat. We look forward to returning ASAP!.

Friendly staff, breakfast is good and overall great except the room aircon can be better if we can set the temperature as it can’t seems to adjust to be warmer or cooler.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The hotel itself is rundown and looks like a place out of the 80s or 90s and mostly has a depressing vibe. The hotel room was clean and the staff are nice, however. But if you're looking for a luxury hotel, look elsewhere.

We had a great time! Good location and nice facilities. The tub in the room was enjoyable. Restaurant was good, though a bit expensive for Jeju. The hot tub did not get very hot.

Not as expected. Promoting video is not showing today’s state. Roof terrace had only 2 tables 8 chairs and one couch. No pillows or parasols. Same around and old pool. Needs major upgrades.
