Can not fault any aspect of two nights spent in the Burley Inn, nothing was too much trouble from all the staff we came into. Lorraine and Steve were particularly helpful, friendly and very polite. One very small negative point there was not a USB charging point in the room but a this was overcome by the staff providing a plug with a USB attachment. Would stay in the Burley Inn again without any hestitation if and when I am in the Area. Mike Glendinning

I will be looking forward to coming back again in the future. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. You were left feeling like you were visiting family (in the all the best ways). The food was utterly superb. Nothing was pretentious, it was good portions and so flavourful. I really really can't remember when I last had a meal that good! The atmosphere overall was bubbling and warm. Everyone around me all seemed to be having a really positive experience too. I honestly wouldn't want to even try anywhere else. The stay was perfect.

The mattress was so hard and the springs was very uncomfortable the floors was creaky very small room and cluttered the stairs was very narrow. The breakfast was okay but not enough only fried eggs was offered what i was charged for the accomodation for the night was overcharged only good thing i can say is the cider (Sharps )was lovely and so was the staff on shift wont come back to soon

Friendly staff and good location

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, breakfast was a 10 out of 10, dinner menu brilliant, and every member of staff were helpful, and friendly. Really can't praise it enough

The staff was very helpful and patient in writing the note for the conversation we are both deaf 👍

Smallish bed room, small wardrobe, comfortable bed, adequate clean bathroom, pleasant helpful staff, acceptable breakfast. All fine for a one or 2 night stay

The staff here were remarkable and very accommodating.

The room was very comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary water, and additional teas, coffees, milks and biscuits. There was a small issue with the heating whilst we were here and it was resolved immediately. Breakfast was also good.

My (twin) room had all the facilities I needed and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was very good and service extremely efficient. All staff were very helpful.

Poor WiFi, that’s my only complaint, everything else was great

Delightful staff. Everyone was lovely. The Inn is central to Burley with really convenient parking. Lovely to be able to stroll out of the front door and around the quaint little shops.

Lovely pub, very clean and friendly staff.

We only had a last minute break here but really enjoyed our stay, room ok, staff excellent, very helpful, evening meal good and breakfast excellent, would stay there again, perhaps in the summer when the weather is better.

We have stayed at this Inn many times because it is convenient, the staff are wonderful and we enjoy being thre.
