Overnight visit, hotel generally clean but showers need a little tlc

Just a 1 night stay as i was working in the area and my wife was accompanying me. As it turned out we had stayed here before some years ago. As then we had no complaints, the room was clean comfortable and warm and close enough to the sea front to take a walk.

Check-in was fast are room was clean but we did have to say to staff member that are shower was not good no pressure at all so had to wash in the sink breakfast was ok but we did have a fantastic night's sleep

it was very clean, food good.will go back. dog was very welcome

Room was very small and the bed was small and uncomfortable with lumpy mattress and hard pillows.

The beds are a bit lumpy, the wall a bit thin could hear next door snoozing, parking limited

Overall it was a good stay and at a good ptice

Excellent service, located in the perfect area (close enough to the main beach and walking distance to the main shopping area). Highly recommended

Quite large hotel, rooms big enough clean and quiet, apart from seagulls in morning. Bathroom had a dead crane fly in the bath. No evening meals until later as they had a coach party holidaying so kitchen couldn't manage too many meals. Clise enough to front to walk to restaurants so no major problem. Car park excellent. Breakfast was buffet style cereal, toast, fruits etc and waitress delivered full english and hot drinks. Really nice selection. One issue was shower was not very powerful, enough, just, but a greater flow would make it better.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, friendly staff, walking distance to seafront, very nice room and comfy bed. Was able to stay with my dog too which was nice.

10/10! Staff were so welcoming and were very accomodatinmg to me under my unfortunate circumstances. The rooms were of a high standard, they felt super safe and were very very quiet with no noise at all. I stayed here for just under a week and I felt very well looked after, especially after a lovely lady called Louise who was always there if I needed anything. Looking forward to staying again!

Hotel was clean & tidy. All staff very helpful and friendly. Room prices very competitive.

I didnt take photos as the lighting was horrible every buld was a digferent wattage and colour, the room was uneven the tempreture gauge on the shower was scolding or lukewarm no inbetween the tv lost signal and u couldnt turn uo the volume. The beds were way too soft with lumpy mattresses the pillows were rock hard even with the windows shut the seagulls were so loud it was lije they were jn the room with you. However the very worst bit was finding somebody else's underwear in a bathroom draw i mean Yuk. When leaving was ready to give this review to them in person but as they didnt ask i didnt tell them. Do not waste your money this hotel.is one of the worst i have stayed in this was a trip with my son but i travel for work a lot would not recommed to my worat enemy.

Dancing and entertainment on ground floor seemed that you were trying to sleep in a dancing club and not in a hotel. The television had no signal. The breakfast was so terrible and smelled badly . I wonder if these people have any idea of what a hotel seemed to be.

Inadequate ventilation in corridors which kept upper floors too hot àll day, bedrooms would benefit from fan assisted vent to outside, or Aircon. No vent or window in bathroom/toilet.
