Great location in Jewel, great location for those who transit in SG

Even though the room is small, it is still comfortable.

The room is very nice. I like it very much. I will come again next time.

There are no luggage storage facilities.

Great hotel, clean and it's in the airport.

As expected, the room was very small, but it's OK since I just need to rest for a few hours. I suggest the bed should be standard, not the one that can be put upright.

If possible, provide a doormat in the room because if there is no doormat, the floor will be wet.

Overall this hotel is ok even though it is very expensive, only the human resources are not so good. My toilet had a problem from the night I reported it until the morning there was no response.

Friendly staff, hotel in the airport! No need to panic about missing your flight, because you only need to walk a little for 5 minutes to get to the gate 😁😁😁 The hotel is also comfortable, even if I bring a toddler, it's comfortable, the concept is cute, clean

We stayed here because we were in transit. The room was small but comfortable enough and we could sleep well to rest before continuing our flight.

simply for transit but dont expect too much, the flush didnt work out in the late night i dindt recommend and will not use for the 2nd time at all

The room is super small, only for two people, not allowed with only 1 child. Have to book 2 rooms, the price is expensive. Thank you

A very suitable hotel for transit

For the price, it's a little bit high for me Indonesian. But to have good sleep in between flight, it's a good choice. The room is small, but it's enough for us couple. There is a small space too for working with laptop. It's enough. But to go through immigration is a con. I suggest for the hotel to have access from the airport without us leaving the transit area.

My room was located abit far from what I expected but it was okay. The room itself is really really cramped and small, but the facilities were very nice. The bed and pillows were very soft, and the bathroom is quite spacious despite the bedroom size (some other hotel in Sg usually have smaller bathroom and shower space). The amenities were also satisfactory and smells very nice. Overall if I have the budget I would stay over Yotelair again when I have overnight layover.

The room are so clean ❤️ and the staff are so helpful, I can leave my luggage and baby stroller before check in. And its near terminal 1, so I don't need to rush for my early flight next day. Thankyou Yotel ❤️

Check in time 6pm and check out 9am …. Only 15 hours …. I hope they can offer better ….

The location is very good (on the L4 floor) of Jewel. While the exit of the arrival hall of Terminal 1 is on the L2 floor of Jewel, if you want to go to the hotel location, just take the escalator 2 floors to L4. The downside is, the water absorption system in the bathroom is not good so that stagnant water does not dry quickly. When I stayed, the flush on the toilet was stuck and did not work. An error that is not worth the price paid.
