The staff is very friendly, the environment is clean, the hotel location is close to tourist attractions in Puncak.

At night it feels stuffy, because there is no AC. It's not very kid-friendly.

First time staying here, the hotel is very comfortable and cool even though there is no AC, the room smells good, the towels smell good too, I will definitely go back there, even though it is on the side of the road, the noise is still tolerable, it is not too noisy, it is the best.

Finally felt comfortable sleeping again suddenly woke up because of hearing the bus horn :') Got a room facing the highway, the room I stayed in was not soundproofed by passing vehicles. Information from the receptionist could be moved to a room that does not face the highway but there is an additional fee of 200k to upgrade the room. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, fragrant, and the best in my opinion the breakfast tastes really good even though there is not much variety of menu. Every time I come here the food is always delicious, thank you chef. I like it when it is always clean and fragrant, thank you housekeeping. Oh yeah, just a suggestion yesterday the room I stayed in the bathroom door handle looked like it was about to come off/come off should be fixed because it reduces the aesthetic value so it is not nice to look at and the electric thermos lid was broken should be replaced because it is dangerous for hands to be exposed to hot steam because the lid is not tight (I forgot what room number, anyway on the lobby floor the back room number is 8 and faces the highway). Overall, I recommend it, it's comfortable, on the edge of the main road of Puncak but not noisy

The staffs are very friendly and very helpful, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, the food is delicious and the price is standard, the breakfast menus are varied and all are delicious, none of the chef's dishes fail. Glad to be back

This is my first time staying here, the hotel is not that big but homey, the room is comfortable, nice and uses natural AC, the facilities are also good such as swimming pool, rooftop with nice view, lift and parking, the breakfast menu is also varied and quite tasty, thank you, next time will come here again

I really really enjoyed staying here. The price is affordable, the cleanliness and comfort are also there, the staff are friendly, the room is nice, the furniture is also new. The bathroom is clean. It's nice to stay here, I want to come back again. There's live music on Saturday nights. The singers are good, their voices are good.

Room 206, quite noisy because it's on the side of the road, that's why it's known to be noisy but fun, but the wifi is really slow, and the room is quite cramped, it feels different from when I first checked in, I got a room on the 1st floor in the corner facing the swimming pool, the room felt spacious because it had a terrace 😁 But I will still come back because I really like it when the breakfast menu is varied and especially the taste is delicious 🫶🏻
