The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is strategically located on the main road. There's no air conditioning, but it's very cool and refreshing. The room was very clean, with a beautiful view, and an elevator. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Puncak. Thank you.

The second time I stayed here, I was really not disappointed, even though it was noisy because it was on the side of the road, it was still fun... especially since the staff were very friendly and the food was also very delicious.

The hotel staff were all friendly, from security to reception, and even in the restaurant. The service was fast, and I especially appreciated the quick response on WhatsApp. Even my request for a hairdryer was delivered within minutes of sending a WhatsApp message.
