The breakfast offered great selections. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again!

What a joke! High price - very poor amenities and customer service. I mean they can't even help with luggages for an old woman of 75. Given a room that is miles from the elevators. Very bad breakfast Not even a bottle of water in the room. Seems like a scam. Using Hyatt name but the service is just a joke I WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL NEVER WILL I BE BACK

Beautiful property near Airport and 401 HWY. very clean and staff was very friendly. good choices of breakfast menu. Only thing we didn't like was that air blower was too noisy.

It was a nice lobby with very kind staff. The amenities and breakfast was also nice. I appreciated the free parking there as well. My only complaint is that the room could be a little more cleaner as it smelled like pool inside the room.
