I stayed at an apartment with my family for 5 nights. The apartment was well equipped with furnished kitchen. The rooms were comfortable and warm. The reception was a bit far for us from the apartment considering walking in snow with a toddler. The is a kiosk at reception but unfortunately we don't get groceries in here too use in kitchen so you need to go to supermarket. The apartment is maintained quite well. If you walk to the reception area the bus stop, restaurants.. are reachable quite conveniently so it depends where in holiday club your room/apartment is allocated. They were kind enough to let us borrow the toboggan to drop our luggage to and from the apartment area as pulling the suitcases in snow was very difficult. The staff was always helpful and available 24*7.

Shocking, shocking, shocking. We stayed for a three night stay and were told on check in that we had to move the next day as they didn't have the same room available. This is so poor, was my sons birthday and we had to cancel activities to move rooms with suitcases in heavy snow. Be very careful if you booking over a weekend. Expedia customer service has subsequently been dreadful

Throughly enjoyed our visit. The apartment came fully equipped with everything you would need to make meals and feel right at home. We had a fabulous view from the balcony. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will be staying here again. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Accessible to the tours/excursions, restaurants, food, supermarkets,etc

Excellent apartment, very well equipped even down to plenty of washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, kitchen roll and bin bags. Superb location central to Saariselkä centre and walking distance to ski resort. Lovely welcoming reception area with well stocked and reasonably priced shop. Would definitely stay here again.

Roomy apartment with an attic with 4 single beds and a toilet. On the ground level, we have sauna, toilet, kitchen, living area and a bedroom with a queen bed. Good size for 2 people. There are washing machine and dryer but they do not seem to be working.

리셉션에서 5분정도 걸어야 해서 첫날 밤에 도착했을땐 결국 찾지못하고 리셉션에 돌아와서 택시를 탔다(지도를 주는데 별 도움이 안됨) 그러나 방은 정말 좋았고 약간 오래됐지만 라디에이터 전자렌지 등 완벽하게 잘 작동했다 세상과 단절된 느낌을 제대로 받을 수 있음 오래 묵으면서 오로라 기다리기엔 리조트안보단 여기가 좋을것 같음

Lovely place very close to centre of town...easy access to nearby locations for aurora sighting..

Shops in the area are not very interesting and most of them were kind of messy. We would have liked to see more finnish art & craft instead of made in china/india. Holiday apartment was nice, pillows were awful. Kitchen was not ready to serve or cook for 6 ( one chipped frying pan and one tony pot ). Price versus quality was great thou. Inside swimming pool area at main hotel was great!

Had a great stay in the apartment. There is a washing mashine and drying cabinet. There is also a full kitchen in the apartment. The only thing that was a minor issue is that the apartments are a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main street and the grocery store. As you are not staying in the actual Holiday Club hotel you will have to pay to use the hotel pool and visit the Angry Birds activity park. We would use the apartments again as they were comfortable and well maintained.

We booked the one bedroom at Holiday Club .So far so good overall, basic & small room with kitchen. The room isn't the same as Hotels.com shown and very old for all the electronics stuffs, don't except any entertainment if you're not local person at room. The sauna is good, 5mins walk to supermarket and many hiking trails are nearby.

Ihan kelpo huoneisto, mutta ei mitään ohjeita/opasteita huoneiston käyttöön, hotellin palveluihin tai Saariselän tarjontaan liittyen. Vastaanoton henkilökuntaa on vaikea luonnehtia asiakasystävälliseksi...Buffet-päivälliset ihan ok muttei kyllä mitenkään kehuttavia...

눈 내린 마을에 조용히 지내면서 지내기에 너무 좋았어요 호텔에 바라는점은 숙소찾기 편하게 이정표를 설치하면 더 좋을거 같아요^^

Lovely firework and Sauna setting. Clean and convenient.
