One of the finest hotel stays we've ever had! We had a 4th floor room with a patio balcony and incredible views. The bathroom was amazing. A stocked mini bar. The lobby and restaurant were incredibly inviting. The location in Central Chester was great! Loved it!

Great location, comfy bed and a lovely breakfast with plenty of options.

Hotel was excellent. Unfortunately parking is an issue. No parking on site and preferred parking lot is nearly 0.5 miles away. If you have more than light luggage and/or it is bad weather this is not fun.

Lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are quite quirky with great attention to detail. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but we did use the bar which was very reasonable. The guy on reception (DJ) gave us a few good tips where to go near the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Very helpful staff, close to old town, park and dining.

Everything. absolutely everything was just lovely. Spotlessly clean, everything in the room in excellent condition, top quality and stylish. Lifts clean, quiet and smooth. Bar area smart. I cannot think of a single area of improvement (I’ve stayed at many hotels and can’t recall the last time I’ve thought that). Sorry I can’t review breakfast as we’d decided to head into Chester for brunch instead. On our journey home me and my wife agreed, when staying in Chester there’s just no point in looking at any other hotels. We also decided to make Hotel Indigo the first choice when staying in other cities. Well done Hotel Indigo!, lovely stay, oh and forgot to say the staff are all happy, friendly, helpful and professional.

Good sized room and it was very clean. Balcony could do with a wash down as there is lots of pigeon droppings. Although to a certain extent it cant be helped. Lovely breakfast and helpful staff. Carpark is a short walk. We would stay again.

Had another wonderful stay at the Indigo. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Excellent room with a sublime balcony. Very good quality of food at breakfast with friendly staff particularly Taylor who always greeted us and our grandchildren with a smile and helpful information. Delighted to receive a complimentary later check out which was very useful. Cannot wait to return.

The property is very close to the hub of the city and provides a welcoming environment within which to relax. The staff are grandly and will provide any aspect that feel is not being made available.

Hotel was clean and well decorated. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Well located; a short walking distance to shopping area or through the park to the river

Really lovely hotel. Rooms are lovely ,clean and modern with lovely touches but the staff are amazing. Every member of staff was welcoming , friendly and were fantastic representatives of the company. Made me feel really special on my birthday. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Enjoyed the friendly helpful staff. Room and restaurant were very clean. Breakfast had adequate choice, but choice was not extensive. Bed was incredibly comfortable. A means of keeping the bathroom door open after a shower to air the room would be helpful.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. We shall return!

This hotel is located in a great location on the edge of a lovely park leading to the river. Its also very close to the centre of Chester. Check on was pleaseant. The rooms are well set out with everything you will need We even had complimentary beverages and some popcorn! We had a great breakfast with lots of options and good service. We would visit again and recommend this chain of hotels as good value.

Great hotel, the cost of the room was more expensive than the price on Expedia which was disappointing.

Modern hotel, central location. Staff were very efficient and hospitable. The only negative would be very noisy people in adjoining rooms.
