No mattress on bed. Just two pieces of foam. Not suitable for sleeping on. Slept on blow up mattress that I was forced to purchase for two nights.Have made formal complaint to Expedia regarding this. Awaiting report from external investigators. I was moved to Holiday Inn hotel by Expedia relocation team for the last two nights of my booking.
Mould and mildew in the bathroom. Chronic lack of cleaning. Bathroom smelt of urine. Rusty towel rails. Leaking shower head that sprayed water all over the bathroom.
No light bulbs in lamps.
Broken items in apartment. Dead plants.
Broken blind in bedroom which would not close. Light coming into room.
Unable to contact apartment management team on telephone numbers provided.
Parking facilities not as advertised and unable to have 24 hour access to Car parked in Carpark as closed between midnight and 6am.
Currently awaiting outcome of my formal complaint.
