This is by far the worst stay I've ever had. Starting from the tower process that is not clearly listed, check-in is difficult and long, phone here and there, the AC is off, the lights go out, then my deposit of 200 thousand has not returned until now, about 2 weeks from the day I stayed. From the online application to connect to travelio, I think this is it. poor management. It feels like there isn't a worse stay than this. really loss!
