Room clean and staff helpful re things to do around Vik . Good breakfast

I had a great stay at Hotel Vík. The location was very convenient, with restaurants and a grocery store close by, and it was also an easy drive to the black sand beach and Dyrhólaey to see the puffins. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the heated bathroom floors. Breakfast was included and was great, which made the morning very easy before heading out for the day. Parking was easy and available on site, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, this was a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay while exploring Vík and the surrounding area.

Best hotel I stayed in during my 10-day trip to Iceland this May / June. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, free breakfast was very good, room was excellent, new, clean, and spacious. I will say again if I go back to Vik.

Great restaurant! The kids menu was a win. Also, their breakfast spread was solid and great coffee. The location is super central to everything :)

Striking black beach just a few steps away. We enjoyed the bountiful breakfast and happy hour as well as the gorgeous sights nearby.

Room was very clean and the view from our room was spectacular.

We got a free room upgrade and the view out of our window was a cliff with nesting birds so close you could almost touch it! Great location and good blackout curtains.

For the price this hotel was not appealing from the outside. Inside I stood in line 20+ minutes to simply check in, only 1 person receiving. Over priced.

Great modern hotel! Excellent bed, bathroom and breakfast

The front desk staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One of our rooms smelled like sewer gas when we arrived but running water into the bathroom drains helped solve that problem. Complimentary breakfast had so may options. The best of our stay so far.
