Great location Friendly helpful staff Nice rooms and common areas

The room was very uncomfortable to get around, there was no hook to hang towels. No mirror. I only needed the place for few hours to sleep, but i would not book it again to stay for longer stays.

Awesome location with lots of great places to eat and shop. Near the subway and train. Rooms are pretty bare with not very much space. The common area is very big to compensate. Hot showers. Not very social hostel, no activities/tours of anything of the sort.

It’s in the perfect location. We stayed in a private room in the corner of the building. It was really nice. The curtains were hard to manage and partial broken, but it was a very nice place to stay, for 2 people. Great city vibes too!

Nice location. Lobby too dark. Walls, tables and sofa, everything black, no decor. Comfortable bed, Two windows in bedroom, but only one functioning. Poor ventilation. Female bathroom with 6 showers, but only two working not very well. Hard to maintain the water flow and stable temperature. Sinks and showers equipped with metered push buttons that supply water for less than a minute and were under repair. Continental breakfast was marginal, only coffee from machine was good. Good wifi.

Great location. Convenient layout. Professional staff very curious and helpful. Rooms very practical and simple. Not the cleanest, but fine. Main bathroom on second floor not well kept. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Welcome experience in Madrid where hotels are not plentiful. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms. Every thing modern. Locker padlock iffy. I would stay here again.

Great hostel with good facilities and friendly staff. Very clean and great location. One of the best i've stayed in. Is a charge if need to leave luggage after check out.

Great location, very clean, loved the balcony and reception. Room was extremely comfortable, only con is how thin the walls are but it didn’t really bother me

Amazing location, I could walk to everything I wanted to see! I was in a full bed which was really nice because normally an 8 person room only has twin beds. The only bad things were sometimes the showers were cold and there was a group of school children being very loud next door.

Lobby does not look so good.

Central location easily accessible to Metro and Airport bus. The beds are comfortable.

In general the stay was ok. They had a microwave so that was quite convenient. I just didn't like the fact they did not have any refrigerator at all on the property which i needed to preserve an item.

Clean and Enough space to move around, 10/10.

Very old dust around beds on mixed rooms !!!
