The location is very near to the train station, above convenience store and walking distance to tourist attractions. There are a lot of self service area for guest too like overnight luggage storage, laundry, pantry, unlimited amenities, etc. When I check-in, I found a hair line in the sink. The hotel apologies and immediately offer a new room for me. Very considerate of them.

Their room service is not clean, fall hair and dust dint clean well. I stay there 6 days but I see the same fall hair at the same place which dint throw away.

Close to Yotsubashi Station, you can walk to Shinsaibashi in about 7-10 minutes or take the subway for only 1 stop. The room is quite spacious, separate bathtub and toilet area. The rooms are very clean. There is a coin washing machine downstairs as well. Conbini/Aeon is right under the hotel so it's easy to get snacks. The staff is friendly and can speak English. thank you
