Wonderful amenities in the best part of Porto! Clean room with well stocked and provided supplies. Room felt very spacious. Not a ton of natural light but that was fine with us. Would absolutely stay again.

As this is more a group of apartments than a hotel in one building, my assumption is that experiences will differ quite a bit between the various houses and the apartments in those houses. We (family of 5, with 3 kids under 9 years) stayed in a top level apartment at the edge of the old city. The apartment was in very good condition, with modern amenities. And when we discovered that one of the beds was significantly harder than the others, the owner was extremely quick to fix this with a much softer mattress overlay. Overall, their responsiveness was very good. One thing to note is that these are very old buildings. While ours was in great condition and quirky in just the right way, it didn't have an elevator. So we had to carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs. By the time we were done, I was seriously out of breath, and I'm quite a strong person. Not at all a show-stopper, and completely understandable, but might be important to know this for some. Otherwise, would easily stay there again, we had a great time! And the location is great, everything is easily walkable from there.

The apartment was up quite a steep street and up 3 flights of stairs, with no lift, so not ideal for everyone. It was a good size overall, however the bedroom was a bit small, with no bedside tables due to size and no access to one side of the bed as pushed against a wall, again due to size. Although we didn’t use them, the kitchen facilities were good. Nice to have a separate lounge area. Bathroom was a bit tight as well but a good shower.

The apartment was perfect for location and was clean and ready for use before check in time. The staff were helpful in holding our bags before check in as well as alerting us once the apartment was ready. We really enjoyed the location, quiet but very central to many things.

Great location, walkable within minutes to the Luis bridge, tours, shops, restaurants etc. The place is very clean, good pressure water in the bathrooms. We had 5 ppl travelling with us, we had appt 10, had 2 bathrooms. They do not have an elevator, when I had asked about the floor we would be on we were told the 2nd floor. 2nd floor is def not the same as Canada. There were 39 steps, I had my senior parents with me so it was a bit hard for them to go up and down the flight of stairs and I had to carry the heavy luggage's. However, contacting the place was very fast and super responsive so it did make up for it. I would highly recommend this place, but if you have issues with stairs, confirm how many steps to your room. Otherwise 10/10.

This was a great place to stay for a few nights, easily walkable to many sites. It was a little noisy in the evenings from the street, but was fine by 11 or so.

It was a lovely newly renovated large apartment with great views of the city and cathedral on one side and literally right next to the tower at top of city at the other. However to get the great views, means it’s right at the top of the building. Four floors and eight flights of stairs. No lift. So think about the weight of your case ! The chap in the agency we pick the keys up from was fantastic in telling us the best places to visit and eat. We queued for a couple of small typical Portuguese restaurants but it was worth it. Great food at good prices.

Nice 2 bed apartment. 2 twin and one Double bed. Wardrobe is in the living room which is odd but it worked we were there for 3 days. In the middle of everything. Just remember Portugal is hilly and that is just the way it is.

For a family of 5 with 3 grown boys, this space was perfect. It was extremely clean. Having been to other places, I appreciated that I didn't have to do anything upon check out as my cleaning fee covered it. However, I had an issue with Expedia. They confirmed the apartment I wanted as this service has many but they never told me the correct address. Fortunately the correct apartment wasn't far but with cobble stones and steep roads, it wasn't fun with luggage. The location I had was right near Clerigos tower and around many attractions.

Parking is very confusing- and it is extremely difficult to park in front of the property. Might be best to find a garage first and then take trips to unload. No issues if you take a taxi to the place. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay in Porto.

The apartment is in a perfect location. We raised some matters on checkin and they were resolved immediately. The views were great and quality of the apartment was excellent. The walk to the front door was up a steep hill and we were 8 flights of stairs up so check what level your apartment is on when you book- we were on the top floor and it was a long way up!

This apartment is very well situated to explore the city of Porto. Many places are walking distance or there are local train and tram stations in walking distance. We had a great view of the clock tower and there was a small balcony also. Was great hearing the clock tower too. Charming. The cleanliness of the apartment on arrival was exceptional. Particulary liked the glow in the dark emergency exit signs and first aid kid provided. Also was a big bottle of water in the fridge although we purchased at the local supermarket. The only dowside is the many flight's of stairs to the top apartment. I had some mobility issues so found this as well as the steep roads difficult.

Great apartment close to everything you need. Easy walk from the metro or train station. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. I loved that it was quiet inside even though outside it could be busy with people.
