Amazing veiws along with excellent & professional staff made our stay lovely

THE BEST IN SEDONA. From the spa, to the dining options, this resort feels like it is nestled in another universe. The rooms are comfy, and the staff accommodating. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

Amazing experience as soon as you walk in. You feel cared for and catered to. I loved how you can park just a few feet away from your “casita” the room and outside area were divine. Staff anywhere at anytime were the more pleasant people with always a smile on their face. Only 2 restaurants on the actual property and be sure to be ready to spend a lot of money if you plan to dine on the resort. I wish there was an indoor pool.

The outdoor environment is great!

The resort and amenities were outstanding but the check in process was not as smooth as we would have preferred. We had to retrieve our own bags and ask for information about the resort. In addition we felt $28 for a latte and black coffee at the market was a bit extreme and $60 for a moscow mule and martini at the pool was outrageous for mediocre cocktails at best. On the flip side Che ah Chi was outstanding for lunch and Tii Gavo was excellent for dinner. I would recommend the resort but make coffee in your room and stay clear of cocktails at the pool.

Amazing resort with very friendly staff. The resort is very beautiful and peaceful.

The place is spectacular in a one of a kind setting. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. Very well run with top notch service. My one minor complaint was the WiFi kept dropping - evidently an issue with certain T Mobile phones for some reason

Beautiful property with access to great hiking trails and a spa, but many activities come at an extra cost which was surprising given how much you pay to stay there.

The resort location is beautiful.

BEST HOTEL for us.

Beautiful

Beautiful setting but not as luxurious as I thought and for the cost of the room. Soiled grout on bathroom floors, older worn carpets. The idea that anyone wants to travel in the cold in a golf cart to reach the facilities is ridiculous. Staff were covered head to toe to transport people this way. Walls thin, hear everything next door. No items stocked in the fridge. No one answered when calling front desk at 9am. Restaurant was lovely and greeting staff friendly but we expected better.

The Enchantment is a beautiful scenic Hotel and their friendly courteous Staff is very willing n able to service all your needs to insure you have a very enjoyable n memorable stay.
