Booked this hotel for our visit to the Livermore Rodeo, it was conveniently located near many food options and shopping.

Very clean and good service

The restaurant didn't not open at 6am due to a late employee. We had to find a restaurant off site to keep our schedule.

The service is poor, people dont seem to want to be there and slow at the bar and restaurant. Our hashbrowns were undercooked. Mighr be they are short staff. If i have an issue such as one of the lights not going off and they admit they are wrong, hotels normally try to make up for it with a compensation. In my case i had to ask if i could get a goodwill gesture. When i pick it up, no apologies or felt like i was wrong asking. Also clean or wipe the floors after people check out, during check out hours makes it unsafe.

The small refrigerator was intermittently noisy and sleep disturbing .

It was wonderful

It was okay. Beds weren’t comfortable and the shower took forever to get Luke warm. Only had hot water for 2 minutes. The staff was nice, lobby was clean, bed was clean.
