Clean ,quit ,free breakfast nice staff

Hotel was nice but the dogs have free realm of the hotel apparently. The people next to me had a dog that barked all night! We were there for business and struggled all day from lack of sleep. Hotel never compensated me just gave me the run around about not being able to reach management. They also allowed the dog to continue to stay and bark!!

The kitchen area

Great stay no issues. Cleanliness was awesome and the breakfast was helpful, since we were out there for a Soccer tournament it helped to grab and go.

The front desk staff were so nice. There was a group of sports kids there who were loud and banging on the walls, screaming, wrestling, etc while we stayed. Each time I called down to the desk, the noise stopped. She even sent security there. The hot tub wasn’t working at the time which was a bummer, but it was clean and well maintained otherwise

We could sleep because to much noise in the cafeteria and I call the front desk and he told me that group leaving at 11:00 pm. Was 12:30 people was there. And another girls was knocking all doors. Nobody supervised the lobby.

Very nice rooms and breakfast

The room was very well kept, hotel was located in a quiet area. Breakfast options were wonderful, and when we requested assistance, it was efficient.

Great for families, fridge, dishwasher, plates, cups & cutlery also available! Very close to Legoland and beach area. Breakfast included with our rate. The only downside is that the lobby was too noisy & teens were knocking on our door late at night!

Pool was heated which was great for my kids to go for a night swim

The cleanliness, friendly staff and the amenities available at the property were very satisfactory. The best treat was the buffet breakfast offered to the guests. We were so happy we stayed here when we attended a relative's wedding party at The Carlsbad Flower Fields. Bravo!!
