It was made to contain warm water, but in fact there wasn't any.

Thank God, it is quite comfortable and impressive and can be used as one of the recommendations for staying in Bukit Tinggi and the location is not too far from the Clock Tower or other places.

Alhamdulillah, overall it's great (price to value = OK or FAIR). Reviews: Location = Great, on the edge of the bypass road (easy access and close to everywhere, next to the hotel there is a 24-hour dining place and although the hotel does not have a swimming pool facility, near the hotel on the straight of the bypass road there are 3 choices of swimming pool rides) Service = Accommodating and friendly, during check-in there was a miss in room management between the morning and night shifts, Alhamdulillah we were facilitated by the night staff with a room upgrade without additional charge (because the type of room booked was sold out). When we wanted to check out, they were also very friendly, we arrived at the hotel after swimming a little past 12, but were still greeted with a sharia smile. Alhamdulillah, friendly and happy with the service. Room comfort = the room is quite comfortable, the size is moderate for a small family (2+2). The most pleasant thing is the size of the KING size bed, four people are still comfortable (this feels like the bed is wide enough). The only drawback is the bathroom, the shower equipment supports hot water but the water is all cold. One more thing, the ceiling of the room looks like there are many traces of leaking water seepage, so aesthetically it looks bad even though it would be beautiful if it were really the original. The comfort of the room = the atmosphere is OK, especially in cold Bukittinggi, it's just that the partition seems thin so it's not soundproof. The sound from the next room or from outside is clearly audible (for newlyweds or honeymooners, just be gentle). Overall, our family likes it. Thank you, hopefully it can be better and blessed.

For the room facilities are quite comfortable, just need to fix the broken bathroom door and hot water can not be used. Then one more thing about access to the parking lot down near the ditch is too high so when the car passes by it gets stuck, and not all of it is cast in concrete so it is muddy when it rains. Recommended! I ordered a standard room for under 150k. The room is spacious for under 150k and clean, except that the corner of the mattress still has traces of biscuits that haven't been swept away, there is a TV and a fan too. The bathroom is also clean, towels and soap are provided. The staff is also friendly. For breakfast I didn't try it because I ordered the one without breakfast. Because I want to have breakfast outside ☺.

The TV doesn't turn on. I even complained if the room was canceled and charged 50 thousand.

At first it was just comfortable. But when we wanted to check out the waiter said there were 2 mugs in the room, even though when we entered there was only 1 mug. We don't even use it. Kamar tidak disediakan perlengkapan mandi, air panas di shower nya tidak hidup, padahal di keterangannya fasilitas sudah dilengkapi air panas untuk mandi, lampu di kamar yang hidup cuma 1 titik pas dibagian tempat tidur saja, kamar mandi digosok sehingga mengeluarkan bau yang sangat menyengat,
