I like the location

Wow. Our stay at the ritz was beyond amazing. We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days with our two boys, 5 and 8. We often had the pool to ourselves and it was exceptionally clean. The beach outside the hotel was also exceptionally clean and perfect. Not at all crowded and always tons of chair and umbrella options. Every single staff member was kind, professional, and helpful. We ate lunch at the restaurant every day and sat next to the pool so the boys could swim during lunch. Worth every single penny spent. I will say, if you are looking for kids entertainment and activities, then find a different place. This is a high end place that is intended for luxury and relaxation.

The hotel was amazing, the service was impeccable. The only thing we did not like was that you cannot really swim in this beach because it’s way too shallow. We literally felt like swimming in the kids pool.

The service is impeccable. From the cleaning staff to the front desk, doorman, casino, and the cabana attendants. We were treated the same by every one!

Great staff. Resort buckles and dimes you to death. Love the resort. Not worth the price.

The staff at the pools and beaches are so nice and very attentive

Placed was very nice. Staff was good. Bar was very slow and not so friendly. Marriott’s stellaris bar has better service. Kids jewelry was stolen on the beach. I at least expected a follow up. Maybe a free Bimini for a gesture. Nothing. Coming back for Christmas. Hope it’s a better experience. House cleaners were excellent.

Overall service was very disappointing

Alfredo at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. The Ritz is very fortunate to have him as part of the staff.

great family vacation, with a premium feel. despite being the ritz, they were super kid friendly surprisingly and the food / drinks were excellent, much better than most resorts.

This hotel have become my favorite place in the Caribbean everything is perfect the only thing I would change to make it totally perfect is the menu on the pool restaurant maybe more seafood option other than that I love it !!!!!!!! I will always come back here ❤️

SUCH a clean and amazing hotel! The staff are all so friendly from the towel staff to the food, to the front desk etc! The hotel was clean and beach was amazing! 10/10 recommend!

Lovely hotel right on the beach; staff was above and beyond nice. Beach pails and shovels provided for kids upon arrival. Water bottles provided through stay. Buffet was delicious but lots of flies (I suppose to be expected in tropical weather) and pricey for adults ($39 pp).
