Overall good stay. The only negative was that it's vallet parking only. Would not have picked that place if vallet parking was the only option. The room was also kinda dusty.

Nice olace

My family and I came through Winston-Salem on our way to Hilton Head. We chose this hotel because we wanted to check out the downtown area. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. I appreciated the women working hard to maintain the cleanliness of the lobby breakfast area. It was the cleanest I have experienced on my travels. I appreciated that a lot of thought had gone into the design of the rooms. There was plenty of surface areas to unpack my bags and layout my belongings. I don't know that I will be back in WInston-Salem any time soon, but I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will travel through.

Staff great!

I liked the location and helpfulness of staff. Rooms were quiet and clean. Unfortunately our air conditioner had a horrible rattle every time the fan cut on and so were up all night. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast servings....usually there is some prepared fruit and a better selection of pastries. Also the faucet in the room bathroom was not screwed in completely and turned when used.

The property was in a great location however the room smelled of mildew and the bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

The room was very neat. The breakfast was just ok. The pillows are super thin and I had to request extra. This request was late at night after housekeeping went home so the front desk brought them up to us. The biggest frustration was the AC/Heating unit. The direction of the air was directly on us in bed and didn't circulate very well. Having the A/C blow directly on my head caused me to be congested but the alternative was being hot while trying to sleep.

Room was fresh in appearance, clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was great. The only downside is having to pay for vallet parking or parking at a distance with cost also.

Every thing was wonderful until time to leave when i was told that i scratched my own vehicle while eating in a restaurant parked in a physical disabled parking spot
