There’s many options for dinning, the arcade, pool and gym are good add ons The staff is very friendly and helpful Also, they make keycard with your name and can keep as a souvenir.

The lines at the front desk were long. Had an adjoining room and could easily hear the conversation in the next room. Fine hotel for an inexpensive stay.

Nice stay but definitely a Family oriented atmosphere. I feel like there should be more elevators due to the number of rooms.

Excellent service to the bakery girls, the food is amazing.

We had a small issue with the draining in the tub - would be better as a shower- would recommend more pillows per bed - again minor things that could be fixed nothing that made our stay terrible on the contrary it was the best vacation so far in Orlando! Everyone was nice and helpful and everything flowed nicely. Would definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

We loved the clean rooms and daily house keeping, good location, big and nicely organized lobby, and very nice pool. The shuttle service was great. We didn't like the long walks to the pool and the elevator. Also the staff were not so welcoming..

We enjoyed everything about the property. The only thing was no gate at the back to get to the 7-11 behind the building. You have to walk around.

Very close to many restaurants , shopping areas and the amusement parks .

Check in time took 1hr 37min. Hotel floors and halls should have been vacuumed daily. Shower water didn't get very hot. Beds were uncomfortable. Pool bar was understaffed, there was always a line and a 20-30 min wait. Overall, hotel seemed to be understaffed

Great stay ! Room was a little bare bones in our part of the suite but comfortable hi Theo ask Alexa to set a timer for three minutes for getting dressedand great for the kids and super kind staff !
