This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the city view was beautiful. The breakfast was also quite delicious. I've stayed here three times and have never been disappointed. It's excellent.

The hotel staff is friendly, easy access to everywhere, but it's a shame the mattress is hard and needs to be replaced and the water heater often has errors.
