The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom was okay, but the only drawback was that the television could not be used / could not be used to watch TV. Please improve the hotel's policy in the future. Thank you.

Actually, it's quite recommended, but unfortunately when I booked the room, I had already paid on Traveloka but the rooms were sold out. In the end, I upgraded the room type. Luckily, the service was friendly. Hopefully, next time, the room stock on Traveloka and offline can be adjusted, so there's no need to cancel or upgrade the room again, because the matter of funds being held on Traveloka is quite complicated and time-consuming.
