Actually, it's quite recommended, but unfortunately when I booked the room, I had already paid on Traveloka but the rooms were sold out. In the end, I upgraded the room type. Luckily, the service was friendly. Hopefully, next time, the room stock on Traveloka and offline can be adjusted, so there's no need to cancel or upgrade the room again, because the matter of funds being held on Traveloka is quite complicated and time-consuming.

Overall okay, God willing, next time I will come here again, the service is friendly and also good, the room has a bathtub so even the little ones like it, unfortunately the AC makes a noise when it is turned on, sounds from the outside yard can also be heard, next time I will change the room type.

The first time I stayed here, it was quite a pleasant experience. I found out about this hotel from Traveloka, but when I was looking for hotels, many were full. It was worth the price. For elderly people who use wheelchairs, it was quite a hassle to go up to the upper area, but overall it was ok.

Hidden game location, entered into a residential area, overall okay, but you can hear the sound of dogs barking, maybe from the housing complex around the hotel, quite recommended according to the price.

Took a 1br villa, the room was comfortable, but it was a bit dusty when we first entered, it seemed like the room had been empty for a long time so it had never been mopped. I liked the bathroom, it was spacious, the water was strong, and it was clean. The room didn't smell musty either.

first time staying here, the place is beautiful and cool, city center but not noisy, very quiet and comfortable. spacious room got a swimming voucher also stayed here, happened to get a room with a bathtub, everything is clean, there is a large wardrobe to store things and lots of drawers too. the only problem is the water heater, the hot water doesn't come out so when taking a shower the water is very cold. improve the cleanliness of the sheets and blankets, for the service all the staff are friendly and agile when asking for help

As usual, as soon as I entered, I immediately checked the details of the room's condition. - There were several red stains on the sheets, saliva spots or something on the sofa bolsters, and towels that smelled musty. For the fabric, I understand because sometimes the laundry washing machine doesn't perfectly clean stains and sometimes it still smells musty. - There were shoe prints on the room floor. It takes precision to see shoe prints in minimal lighting. It looked like they had been swept and wiped lightly. The soles of my feet were quite uncomfortable but oh well, maybe I was in a hurry to clean them because I was chasing check-in time. - Ants came in and out through the window, climbing onto tables and trash cans that had food. For the ants, it was quite disturbing. - There were cockroaches in the bathroom and mosquitoes in the room, I understand. - For the restaurant, the food choices were not very varied and the staff were busy on the phone when there were guests. - For other areas, it was quite pleasant and all the staff were very friendly.

Staying at BDI Townhouse because of my nephew's wedding, accidentally booked through the app and got a sudden sale price. When I was in the room, the kids were really happy, the room was big and had a bathtub. What made it even happier was that it was close to the swimming pool, and it was free. When I left the complex, I was greeted by various culinary delights so it wasn't difficult.

Comfortable especially for families with children, the swimming pool is clean.

Minus the slow wifi, but everything else is okay.

Cleanliness is maintained. Given free swimming vouchers for 2 children, can be taken again at the reception the next day. Happy children.
