The perfect hotel if you are looking to relax. No crowds at the beach. For an all inclusive the food is quite good. The rooms are fantastic. Very relaxing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sunset at the Palms – A True Jamaican Gem! My stay at Sunset at the Palms was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The resort itself is a tropical paradise — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of that authentic Jamaican charm. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. A special shout-out to Lynette in the Gift Shop, who was so kind and helpful every time I stopped by. In the dining room, Jayson, Andrice, and Claudette went above and beyond to make every meal feel special. Their warm smiles, great conversation, and outstanding service made me look forward to every dining experience. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the entire team made me feel like family. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. I can’t recommend Sunset at the Palms enough — it’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy amazing service, and soak up the beauty of Negril. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic chill experience, perfect solo trip

My wife and I really loved this place compared to the place we stayed at in Negril last time. It feels very safe, the staff do above and beyond, and the foliage and plants are just gorgeous. This will be our staple place in Negril from now on.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. From the manager down to everyone else. And rice in the dining area, Erica, OMG Eric in house keeping was too kind, Easy-Pasy treated me like a king coming home from battle on the beach. I wish I could remember everyone name to give them credit. Cornelius did wonders with a steak that I didn’t know were possible. Again everyone was great. I almost hate writing this review cause I don’t want anyone to know the secrets of this beautiful place. I would rather keep it to myself, but I want the place to stay in business so I can come back year after year.

The property was beautiful!! The beach is a short walk across the street (there's a crossing guard). If you like to be surrounded by trees, plants, flowers, and nature, this is the place for you! Low-key and amazing!!

Beautiful resort. Quiet and peaceful.

We had a great stay at Sunset at the Palms Resort. We loved the pool and the beach was exceptional. There was always a variety of food to eat at the buffet. The rooms were really clean and comfortable.

My husband and I had a great time! So much to love about this place: the lovely treehouse-style accommodations nestled amongst the beautiful foliage, the illusive hummingbirds and tree frogs, the delicious buffet and The Chef's Table dining experience, 7-Mile Beach, the design motif throughout the resort, and the professional and friendly staff. Beach is amazing, although I still don't know why there is bunch of staff sitting and maybe two only working. Brenda from Spa is wonderful, great service there. Love the resort for the rooms and beautiful flowers and gardens.

Friendly staff and guests. Many couples at the resort were repeat travelers, which is always a good time. It has a mini community-type vibe

Our Air Canada flight was cancelled <24 hours before our check in at the resort. We immediately contacted Expedia and the resort to cancel our stay, hours before our expected check in time. It took the resort over 2 weeks to respond, despite several attempts at contacting them, and they denied any refund and still charged us 100% for a trip we were not able to go on. We’re extremely disappointed because we wanted to go here in the future and were really looking forward to this vacation, but that will absolutely not be happening anymore because of their abhorrent lack of customer service and empathy.

Excellent Hotel, amazing staff,😍friendly , kind and highly professional the service exceeded my expectations if you ask for anything they will do it immediately it is a real piece of mind your place get reserved with towels as soon as you enter their private secure beach This is one of the best hotel i visited it was my first experience and my daughter in Jamaica.The place is very clean the food is very well presented with a moderate valuable variety and was so delicious the people in the front desk, room service, restaurant and the kitchen are genuinely nice including the best creative chef with his special shows the rooms are made like a cabana in the mid of the forest which give the place a gorgeous atmosphere and if you’re so sweet like us you might attract some ants to chill 😊 i recommend this place for family as well couples don’t forget to go in catamaran and visit the cascades, Riki’s cafe, etc it worth the price you can visit the city and the market place .. A big Thank you to everyone in this hotel who makes my vacation so special ♥️♥️

We visited this property for the 1st time in 2001 and loved it. We loved it just the same this time. It is a very romantic setting. The staff was great! However, the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade. There very little options for latw night snacks. As well as better lunch options at the beach bar. These were the only negatives.
