Great location with views across the valley & beyond to Cayambe volcano. Room spacious and clean, breakfast very good & dinner was also excellent & reasonably priced. Staff always on hand to help if needed. The heated swimming pool is a bonus, a gym if you want more exercise. 10 minutes in a taxi to the historic centre & botanical gardens. A great stay

We have stayed here around Easter time each year over the last four years & haven't been disappointed. The location is stunning, the staff are so helpful nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was great with so much choice, the occasions we had dinner, the food was excellent & not expensive for a hotel of it's stature. The heated pool & facilities, gardens were a pleasure to enjoy. Being 65 years old the hotel is a little dated, but there are signs of updating underway, but this wouldn't deter us from staying there in the future. The bedrooms are spacious & the housekeeping is very good.

A great welcome, room spacious and clean, great views across the valley. Breakfast is great with a wide choice of hot & cold food. We had dinner in the hotel on occasions, excellent choice, quality and quantity. The hotel has a lovely heated pool, gym facilities with very good changing facilities. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always on hand if you need anything. This is our fourth stay at the hotel & would choose it on future occasions. The only slightly negative, is the appearance of the hotel is tired, but I believe arrangements are being made to redecorate.

Pool is impeccable and steam rooms also. If you are a swimmer choose that hotel. Breakfast buffet the best of Ecuador. Hotel Quito , you guys are doing a great job!!

The room was spotless. Beautiful location. Wonderful spa with heated outdoor pool, turkish steam room, jacuzzi, and sauna. Restaurant was nice.

Very good room service ,staff was very Line, restaurant had two menus, one with Ecuador topical food, other with international food. Location was also great with best restaurant in town. We had 10 great days . Thanks. Peter. K

The facilities were very much rundown. The front desk staff were professional and helpful, but service apart from front desk was lacking.

I liked it except for curtains not closing fully so sun comes in the morning. Playing music very loud during the day and evenings

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t ’t arrive til 5:30am and the staff couldn’t have been nicer!

Had to pay extra for our 13 year old to stay in the room when we already had 2 beds in the room. The hallways were very dark, and there was no air conditioning in the rooms. The food and service at the restaurant were wonderful.

The is a historic (Mid-Century Modern) building in a wonderful part of Quito. The location is exceptional and business services (printing, scanning, etc.) were very efficient.

Needs to be repainted otherwise the staff is great!

Very friendly and helpful staff, some recognised us from last year's stay making it a more homely stay. The bedrooms are spacious clean and well serviced. Breakfast and dinner are great with plenty of choice. Lovely scenic setting, with heated pool, jacuzzi and gym. It is convenient for safely walking to local coffee shops & getting taxis into the city. If there was a slight downside, the hotel is a little dated & in need of a lick of paint, but it wouldn't stop me staying again.
