Room was very spacious

I made reservations 5 months in advance and paid for it at that time. Upon arriving management canceled and charged my reservation to a so-called upgrade room. Well it was a downgrade. The room was hot and couldn't sleep for 3 nights and it smelled like mildew. Management gave my eoom to a celebrity.

Room 611 need a wider glass to avoid spill over the floor. Water on the bathroom floor can provoke an accident.
