En Guayaquil no hay ningún hotel 5 estrellas. El que diga lo que contrario no entiende que es solo marketing. Ahora bien, en la categoría más alta, un 4 estrellas ese sí es el Sheraton: limpio, cómodo y con buen menú de comida y bebidas. El personal siempre tiene una sonrisa.

It was close to everything. A mall is just across the Hotel.

I enjoyed staying at the Sheraton! The staff is super friendly and kind. The room super clean and the bed very comfortable.

We were told we could go to happy hour on the 8th floor. The hamburgers were old meat and the fruit cocktails had old, terrible fruits. The desserts were dried. Terrible food on the happy hour floor. Breakfast downstairs was good.

The room was good and service was great. The staff is quite friendly.

I have stayed here many times. It is cose to the GYE airport and across the street from Mall de Sol. Thos is the perfect hotel with c access to may amenities nearby. The service is great and don't miss the excellent breakfast buffet. Not like north america where you get an arificial egg pattie, a yogurt and a bowl of cereal. Canadian hotels need to step up their game.
