Staff warm and survivable.

Excellent location, clean rooms and wonderful staff.

Quite a nice place for the price. Big room with a balcony, good restaurant, minutes from the beach. Different types of outlets in the room so you don’t need a converter. Male staff members trying to chat you up are very annoying, so maybe not the most ideal for solo female travelers.

In reality the hotel is about half of what you see in the pictures! Breakfast was disappointing to say the least, we ended up going next door to Ocean Bay hotel and for $10/person we had a real breakfast with real coffee and great service! Room was spacious... nice too have the little appointment but beds are HARD! Never again!

The hotel is nice but the manager can be sometimes unfriend. The internet is not always from the room. You have to be at the reception to get an excellent connexion...

Hotel staff was HORRIBLE EXCEPT for the Dining Room Staff - they were very customer service focused and eager to assist. We arrived late for breakfast, after the buffet, and they cooked us a made to order breakfast. I was VERY impressed and thankful. The front desk person that checked us in claimed he was the manager. My goodness he provided the slowest, most lackadaisical service I've ever experienced. He didn't tell us that the Wi-Fi only worked intermittently, at best, in the front desk area, took his time getting someone to clean the room, the room was INFESTED with bugs and we complained several times, FINALLY, about an hour later, he came up to see what the problem was.

Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall

Very friendly and helpful people working all over the hotel. Good omelett and pancake to breakfast. Next visit in The Gambia I stay hear again.

Super hotel

The room was in really poor condition. Everything from the fridge not working, the light, the water an so on. The cleaning staff was really nice tho. Worst of all, the woman in the reception scammed us for 2500 dalasi so that was unpleasant

Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående, både vid färre problem med bl.a kylen som stannade vid ett tillfälle. Lokalvårdarna var helt ok. Restaurangen var också helt ok. Poolen sköttes också helt suveränt av en person som älskade sitt jobb vid samtal.

Ankom hotellet ganske sent. Men flink vakt ordnet raskt rom.
