Great location , clean and good seevice

Ole Sereni is an amazing place to stay. Service is exceptional and the amenities are top notch. Great choices for dining and drinks. Rooms are clean and cozy and the staff work very hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. Family friendly and safe. Highly recommend this place if your going to visit Kenya!!

After a long flight the room was an excellent place to get some rest

Since first visit over fifteen years ago the hotel has lost its usp that you could dine looking out over Nairobi National Park. Now there is a busy road and noise screens separating the hotel from the park. My room was as it has always been but now looking tired and the bathroom in need of a makeover. The hotel is comfortable enough but it's not what it used to be. It's still quite convenient for the airport but there are closer equally decent hotels if that's important to you. The staff are always very nice.

The hotel decor has an 'Africa' feel to it that I enjoy. I have often stayed at this hotel when passing through Nairobi even though it is a couple more miles from the airport. Its still just a short taxi ride away. I will stay here again.

Excellent staff. Great experience

The staff are what makes this hotel so special. For example, we went on a game drive at the beautiful park that adjoins the hotel. There were rain showers and by the time I returned to the hotel my shoes were covered in mud. I took my shoes off and was in the lawn, trying to clean them with a stick. Your man Edward came over and offered to clean my shoes. I was so grateful for his help. A little later Edward returned my shoes, clean and free of mud. This is but one example of the above and beyond service that makes Ole Sereni a top notch, world class hotel.

Well located near NBO and Wilson Airports. Beautifully designed. Best for transit. To experience Nairobi stay near to downtown or Westlands.

Spacious clean hotel conveniently located near airport. Beautiful views over Nairobi National park. Excellent tasty menu in the restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff throughout.

I didn't like the fact that the price stated by Expedia Kshs 2k.. for breakfast was inaccurate. I paid Ksh 3,500 for breakfast buffet which was a rip-off.

Always a great staff working here. Great view of the park.
