All in all - excellent.
Food was varied, fresh, and well prepared and served.
Rooms could use a few more amenities like ear buds, hand towels etc.
Safari? We were lucky and did get to see a pride of lions, thanks to our driver/guide Martin. Special shout-out to Naiomi - who is the service specialist in the lobby. Great job!

I love this hotel and will continue to come back, but the rooms are very hot, even hotter than the temperature outside. This hotel desperately needs to upgrade with A/C in each room.
