there is too far to center , to noise and old rooms

We stayed for 4 nights, no fridge in our room, the a/c didn't work, only one elevator on the whole property, it was just not a remarkable place to stay.

The personal is very very unite. Especial de breakfast buffet .

Hotels needs some remodelation. Overall its a good hotel

Yamileth was excellent and very friendly with welcoming towards me and my kids. She resolved our key card issue! The rest of ladies Berta, Valeria y Marisela they did a great job with breakfast! I would recommend Holiday Inn and I would plan to come back❤️

You never go wrong with Holiday Inn. I had a great time

Its a nice place to stay and the staff are verry friendly. The only thing i did not like was the noise. I can hear all the traffic in the streets as if the windows were open.

Property is been repared. Only one elevator was available. Parking lot is 700 m away from the lobby.

One elevator was out and the other one was dirty, old and SLOW. it took a long time to wait for the elevator!! No good!

Convenient. Easy access to stores

I would like to give hands up to the customer service at the restaurant and bar area. They go the extra mile with the visitors. Just to mention some of them, Paola, Yamillet, José, David, Irene. I hold an event with them and everyone was so happy, I will recommend this hotel for events and delicious food and service.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Was offered to check in earlier. Room is clean.
