The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, you can hear everything from the next room through the connecting door between two rooms, which makes the experience less satisfactory. It’s not mentioned in the description of the room. If I knew about it, I would not book here.

Beautiful views especially from our balcony. Restaurant service not always in a timely manner. We once waited 35 minutes because our order was not placed, however we were no charged.

The property is beautiful and serene. The problem was the room being so dirty full of dust and I have underlying health conditions.I flagged it with reception and nothing improves it was so bad.Photos attached.A real shame as a lovely property and we returned after 15 years.

My stay at Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa in early March was nothing short of enchanting. The weather was mild and breezy, requiring a light sweater for the cooler evenings, but this only added to the charm of the resort. The property exudes an old English charm, evoking a sense of serenity and tranquility that envelops you from the moment you step in. The resort's architecture and decor beautifully capture the essence of a bygone era, making it a perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and elegance. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful afternoon tea experience at The Parlour. The setting was picturesque, with lovely teacups and saucers adding to the charm. The service was attentive and accommodating; when my husband expressed a desire for scones after a few days of biscuits, the staff kindly obliged, which was a thoughtful gesture. The resort's amenities were also impressive, providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The resort's restaurants are truly impressive, offering a range of dining experiences that cater to diverse tastes. Although Breezes was closed for the season, we enjoyed the casual yet delightful offerings at Pastel, and every meal was a culinary delight. The staff at Cambridge Beaches are genuinely friendly and helpful. The tram drivers were always cheerful and welcoming, while the room service was prompt and efficient.

We visited in March, before the summer season. The weather was cool but comfortable and Bermuda was lovely. The staff at the resort had plenty of time to spend with us. We found everyone very attentive, as well as helpful. We hope to return next year.

My husband and I were excited to stay at Cambridge based on reviews, but we quickly learned that the reviews were inaccurate. Our one glow of our stay was our ocean view room. Many reviews bragged about the food, but unfortunately, even being pregnant didn't make me enjoy the meals prepared. We were charged $60 each for Sunday brunch but barely ate because the food was not enjoyable. Sunday brunch usually has a menu of favorites, not buffet style. We also ate at Pastel and the food was average at best, so much so that I wasn't willing to even go to any dinner experience, and lived off pretzels and water for our last night. Prices aren't even available online which also prevents me from wanting to try anything because I refuse to eat what I don't enjoy. Some personal glows: I did get a massage and deeply enjoyed that. The room had a bunch of books scattered around, one in particular that I've been meaning to read, and being that there wasn't much to do, I finished it during our stay. Overall, we don't think we would come back even as a family vacation.
