Poor Found a socket hanging out of the wall with exposed wires (fine I could ignore it but if there was young children in the room highly dangerous). Shower gel ran out whilst showering in the morning. No cups for coffee and poor service in the restaurant when asked for one over breakfast.

I loved hotel location but they ruined my experience when I returned from work at 10pm to a dirty room with only a bed made. Used glasses from the night before had not been picked. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. The towels from earlier were still hanging up and the toilet had not been cleaned. It was my day 2 there and I had to stay there for the next 10 days and it was aggravating. Had to call the reception and they sent a team to clean the room at 10pm when all I wanted to do was sleep but had to wait for them to finish cleaning. It ruined my otherwise okay experience. The biggest and only plus is that it’s connected to the mall and has great eating and shopping options and late night movies. If it was a stand alone hotel without a mall I would have hated it.

Very pleasant stay. Room view was disappointing, but size ok and well laid out with the expected amenities for a 5 star hotel. Service was excellent, if sometimes a bit slow (e.g. delivering our luggage’s to our room). Breakfast was scrumptious, with a good mix of western and local delights. Hotel was also flexible and accommodating enough to let us use the swimming pool and spa shower facilities (both awesome) after check out (we had a late flight), which was greatly appreciated. Easy link to the vast and modern City Mall was really convenient. Concierge helpful in providing recommendations for local sites and beaches (saved us booking a tour). Overall, would highly recommend.
